Job summary

DV Trading LLC, a global trading firm, seeks a Trade Support professional to ensure platforms run smoothly and traders are supported across markets. You will monitor Linux environments, analyze event streams, and collaborate with trading and IT teams to drive improvements.

The role requires a pragmatic, fast-paced mindset and strong Linux and network fundamentals. On-site Singapore operations support the firm’s Asia-Pacific trading activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade support role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast.
• Intermediate Bash and core Python ability.
• Able to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Overview:

In this role, you will work directly with our Development, Trading, and IT organizations to ensure that trading operations are optimized and healthy. You will work on continuously improving our ability to identify and resolve issues related to trading as well as provide world-class support to traders. You will also help drive strategic projects across the firm, with a focus on improving our trading operations and the technology that supports our traders.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
