OCBC is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist in Singapore to ensure smooth execution, settlement, and confirmation of trades. You will work with traders, sales teams and other stakeholders to deliver robust support and enable business growth.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a related field and 2–3 years in trading operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics or business administration.
• 2–3 years of experience in trading operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage trade execution, settlement, and confirmation processes.
• Identify and resolve trade discrepancies to minimize impact on operations.
• Collaborate with traders, sales teams and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties (brokers, custodians).
• Analyze trade data and market trends to drive operation improvements.
