Zusammenfassung

OCBC is seeking a Derivatives Support Officer in Singapore to manage post-execution trade capture and lifecycle events for Equities and rates derivatives. You will collaborate with Front Office, Trading Desks, and Technology to uphold risk controls and ensure timely bookings, with emphasis on end-to-end trade processing.

The role requires 3–5 years in Private Bank Operations, familiarity with regulatory reporting and platforms like Temenos or Triresolve, and a degree or diploma.

Qualifikationen

• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Knowledge of derivatives regulatory reporting requirements; VBA a plus.
• Degree or Diploma qualified, in relevant fields.

Aufgaben

• Trade capture and lifecycle management for derivatives; ensure timely entries.
• End of day controls and reconciliation of inter-system breaks.
• Collateral management with counterparties and risk teams.
• Documentation validation of ISDA confirmations; resolve discrepancies.
• Change management: identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Handle ad hoc assignments from line manager.
