OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking an experienced digital platform professional to support the delivery, operational readiness and ongoing reliability of our online trading platforms.

The role covers end-to-end lifecycle from requirements and UAT through implementation, production support and continuous improvement, requiring collaboration with business, technology, operations, risk and external service providers to ensure a stable, secure digital experience for customers.

Competenze

• Relevant experience in digital platforms and regulated financial services.
• Experience in digital product delivery, business analysis, UAT or production support.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience managing defects and production incidents and working with technology teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess issues from customer and business perspectives.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with structured documentation and controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the ongoing operation, stability and continuous improvement of digital trading platforms and related customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and platform enhancement opportunities.
• Translate operational and customer issues into clear requirements and improvement actions.
• Support platform enhancements across the full lifecycle from requirements through implementation and post-launch monitoring.
• Define UAT scope, scenarios and acceptance criteria for platform enhancements and releases.
• Develop and execute test cases covering end-to-end customer journeys and business scenarios.
• Identify, document and assess defects based on risk and customer impact.
• Coordinate defect resolution, retesting and regression testing with technology teams and vendors.
• Assess release readiness and support UAT sign-off based on acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and support the stability and performance of digital platforms.
• Coordinate Investigation and resolution of production incidents with technology, operations and external service providers.
• Assess customer and business impact and escalate material issues as needed.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions with stakeholders.
• Support deployment verification, post-release monitoring and hypercare activities.
• Maintain operating procedures, control documentation and supporting records.
• Support periodic reviews to ensure practices align with controls.
• Identify operational risks and remediation plans with stakeholders.
• Support governance, risk, audit and regulatory requirements for digital platforms.
• Participate in business continuity and disaster-recovery exercises.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk and other controls functions.
• Coordinate with external vendors on incidents, releases, testing and platform improvements.
• Provide clear communication on delivery progress, issues, risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate resolution of issues involving multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze production issues and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain platform knowledge and testing documentation.
• Share knowledge with junior colleagues and testers.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve resilience and customer experience.
