Job summary

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banking operations, especially trade operations.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Trade Operations transactions in accordance with service standards.
• Liaise with Business Units or customers for instructions to complete transactions.
• Liaise with internal and external counterparties for queries related to transactions.
• Perform day end reconciliation of transactions.
• Adhere to risks and control guidelines/policies.
• Assist in projects to improve work processes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.
