OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to ensure seamless trade execution, settlement and confirmation while working with traders, sales teams and other stakeholders.

You will analyze market trends, identify risks, and drive process improvements through data-driven insights. The role requires a degree in finance or related field and 2–3 years' experience, with strong analytical, communication and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, or business administration required.
• 2–3 years of experience in trading operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; timeliness and accuracy crucial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage trade execution, settlement, and confirmation processes.
• Identify and resolve trade discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with traders, sales teams, and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties, such as brokers and custodians.
• Analyze trade data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize trading operations.
