Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an FX Operations Officer in Singapore to manage the accurate and timely processing of foreign exchange transactions. You will support the Global Markets Equities business by validating confirmations, preparing settlement instructions, and maintaining accounting records through journal entries.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business, accounting, economics, or sciences.
• 1–2 years’ experience in treasury, cash management or settlement functions.
• Back/middle office experience in financial institutions welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Verify FX confirmations with counterparties and TRs/clients.
• Prepare settlement instructions and post journal entries.
• Monitor FX exposures and hedging activities.
• Assist in cash management tasks including transfers and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
