PHAIDON INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trading Operations and Technology Specialist to support time-sensitive activity across regional markets, bridging trading, operations and technology.

You will investigate issues, optimize workflows, automate tasks with scripting (Python), and communicate clearly with front-office and tech stakeholders to strengthen operational resilience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical or relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial markets, trading support, desk operations or production support.
• Experience working with front-office and technology stakeholders.
• Practical scripting experience, preferably Python.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments is advantageous.

Requirements for the Trading Operations and Technology Specialist

• At least 3 years of relevant experience within financial markets, trading support, desk operations, production support or a related environment.
• Good understanding of the trade lifecycle and practical knowledge of at least one financial product.
• Experience working closely with front-office and technology stakeholders.
• Practical scripting or automation experience, preferably using Python.
• Familiarity with Linux or Unix environments would be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to tailor information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical or relevant discipline.
