Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate FMCG orders for internal and external customers. You will ensure accurate processing and timely dispatch.

You will handle export orders to overseas clients, communicate with freight forwarders, central kitchen and internal teams, and maintain inventory records with monthly stock takes. The role demands strong communication and organizational skills and is on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management or related fields required.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics operations experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the processing of FMCG orders for both internal and external customers.
• Handle and coordinate export orders for overseas customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch FMCG and export orders in accordance with shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and perform monthly stocktaking activities.
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
