Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in trading, operations, logistics, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage sales contracts and trade documentation.
• Monitor deliveries, shipment schedules, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare invoices, billing documents, and reports.
• Coordinate shipping instructions and log daily operational data.
• Attend to customer and supplier inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle purchases for non-trade items and office supplies.
• Support general office administration tasks as needed.
