Job summary

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited in Singapore seeks a Trading Domain SME to understand, support and deliver strategic imperatives across Business-IT roadmaps, ensuring progress on key initiatives.

You will lead solutioning to meet business objectives, analyze processes and market trends, and collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires 100% onsite work in Singapore.

Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience in product, business analysis and digital transformation in trading.
Strong analytical skills and ability to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Role requires 100% work in office.

Responsibilities

Act as the Trading Domain SME to understand, support and deliver strategic imperatives to meet business objectives and goals.
Lead solutioning effort and help define end-to-end solutions to meet the desired business objectives and/or gain competitive advantage.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, market trends and industry best practices.
Collaborate / Work with Product Owners and IT Teams to produce high quality project deliverables and support post-implementation issues.
Stay up to date on the latest trends, regulatory changes and technology to continuously monitor the business needs and identify opportunities to innovate / enhance the products and services to clients.
