Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Trading Domain SME to understand, support and deliver strategic imperatives across trading products and solutions in global equities, futures and forex markets. You will lead solutioning, collaborate with Product Owners and IT to produce high-quality deliverables, stay updated on trends and regulation, and drive continuous improvement to benefit clients and the business.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to influence

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product, business analysis and digital transformation for trading products and solutions (Global Equities, Futures & Forex).
Strong analytical skills with ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present complex concepts clearly.
Experience driving digital initiatives with Business and Operations as Scrum Master or Product Owner is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Act as the Trading Domain SME to understand, support and deliver strategic imperatives to meet business objectives and goals.
Lead solutioning effort and help define end-to-end solutions to gain competitive advantage.
Collaborate with Product Owners and IT Teams to produce high quality project deliverables and support post-implementation issues.
Stay up to date on trends, regulatory changes and technology to identify opportunities to innovate and enhance products and services.
