Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a senior BA/Product Owner to drive Trade domain product development and a long-term roadmap for the Trade platform. You will engage business, capture requirements accurately, and propose build and implementation strategies across SDLC and Agile sprints.

The role requires deep knowledge of Trade Finance products and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to deliver solutions end-to-end.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant business analysis experience in financial services.
• Strong IT delivery track record and business knowledge of Trade Finance products.

Responsibilities

• Engage business managers and end users to understand requirements and priorities.
• Elicit requirements, prioritise and analyse requests, design business processes, workflows and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Project Office as well as IT departments to design optimal solutions.
• Provide SME support and ensure alignment with target operating models and architecture.
