Job summary

Binance is seeking a TradFi PMO to own end-to-end delivery of the next phase of our TradFi expansion. You will coordinate initiatives spanning new product lines, markets, and external data/infrastructure partnerships across multiple jurisdictions, with executive visibility from roadmap to launch.

The role requires PMO experience in regulated financial services, strong executive communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced crypto-native environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• PMO or project management experience in broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, or consulting, delivering large-scale financial services programs.
• Solid understanding of TradFi market structure and products across asset classes.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches and regulated workflows (licensing, compliance, and partner agreements).
• Exceptional executive communication skills; able to synthesize multi-workstream programs into steering materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making trade-off calls under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, milestones, dependencies across initiatives.
• Run the PMO cadence: weekly workstream reviews, steering committees, and status reporting for senior leadership.
• Drive market-expansion workstreams across regions, coordinating regulatory/licensing readiness, localization, and launch sequencing.
• Own vendor and partner workstream: sourcing, onboarding, and managing external data and infrastructure partners.
• Define launch-readiness criteria and go/no-go gates; coordinate phased rollouts and post-launch retrospectives.
• Identify critical-path risks and blockers; elevate and resolve with workstream owners across product, engineering, risk, legal, and finance.
• Maintain a competitive-intelligence view to inform roadmap prioritization and sequencing.
• Standardize PMO tooling and reporting (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards) for portfolio visibility.
