Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to set the direction and roadmap for backend trading systems, improving core engines such as matching, risk, and pricing models for derivatives. You will work with trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into practical product solutions and lead the full lifecycle from planning to release.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance and fixing issues before they impact users while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Background in CS, financial engineering, or math.
• Deep understanding of derivatives products (Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options).
• Ability to translate trading logic and risk methods into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for coordinating with global stakeholders.
