Job summary

Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem, seeks a senior commercial/strategic professional to translate market insights into opportunities in TradFi and crypto markets.

You will source and structure deals, shape pricing and market-entry strategies, and coordinate with product, legal, and engineering teams to close partnerships. This role offers a global remit and work-from-home arrangements where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
• Experience in crypto, fintech or financial services recommended.
• Deep understanding of tokenisation and real-world assets.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight – source, clean, and interpret TradFi market data and opportunities.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations: pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring.
• Package analysis into decision-ready formats for leadership discussions.
• Maintain a market map of TradFi landscape to drive commercial push.
• Originate and source deals with issuers, banks, exchanges, and platforms.
• Own the full deal cycle – outreach, negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Lead commercial discussions – structure economics and land favorable terms.
• Shape strategy – feed market intelligence to guide tokenisation and partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and engineering.
