Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Product Manager to drive listing campaigns and growth in crypto trading products. You will own end-to-end initiatives, work with marketing, engineering, risk and legal teams, and translate market insights into actionable product plans.

The role requires 5+ years in product management within crypto/fintech, a data-driven mindset, and bilingual English/Mandarin communication for overseas coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience in crypto, trading, fintech, or fast-paced internet industries.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from ideation to execution.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with marketing, engineering, risk, and legal.
• Understanding of spot trading products and market dynamics is desirable.
• Fluent English with Mandarin proficiency for coordination with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch listing campaign products and promotional events to attract users.
• Develop understanding of crypto spot trading rules and user behavior to inform growth strategies.
• Identify business problems and drive solutions from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, risk, legal, and operations for launches.
• Define and monitor metrics for campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize outcomes.
• Conduct market and competitor research to translate insights into initiatives.
