Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of options and derivative trading products on its global platform from ideation through launch and iteration.

You will drive enhancements, develop strategies aligned with market trends, and collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing to deliver value for traders and the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in options or trading products, with understanding of trading needs; options business is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of independently driving a product from requirements through full launch.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager / BA, preferably in trading, derivatives, or fintech.

Responsibilities

4. 4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing.
5. 5. Analyze market data, user feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize product performance.
6. 6. Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

1. 1. Experience in options or trading products, with a solid understanding of trading products and user trading needs, deep expertise in options business is a strong plus.
2. 2. Experience in traditional stock options trading product design, or hands-on options trading experience, is a plus.
3. 3. Proven track record of independently driving a product from requirements/research through full launch — knows how to plan, drive iteration, and grow a product.
4. 4. At least 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager / BA, preferably in trading, derivatives, or fintech.
5. 5. Strong knowledge of trading products and financial markets; familiarity with options/derivatives is highly desirable.
