Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Trade Operations Associate to support oil and gas trade workflows, document handling, and cross‑department coordination.

You will update trade records, confirm INCOTERMS, assist with LC trade finance basics, and contribute to audit‑ready filing while pursuing knowledge in commodity trading operations.

The role offers a structured environment with exposure to trade controls, accounts settlement checks, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in trade support or commodity trading is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of international commodity trading, INCOTERMS and trade finance.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and develop knowledge in commodity trading operations.
