in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to manage trade data, actualization, and stakeholder coordination within the oil and gas trading context. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely system updates, and compliance with internal controls. You will support AR/AP reviews, reporting, document management, and process improvements while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry with general knowledge of trading / risk management / accounting / financing
• Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field
• Sound knowledge of international commodity trade (INCOTERMS, trade finance, etc.)
• Independent with excellent teamwork
• Detail-oriented, numerically proficient, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Highly motivated to learn/improve the skills in processing the international commodity trade
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Additional advantage if possess LC knowledge

Responsabilités

• Trade data management: Maintain accurate trade data through timely system input and reconciliation.
• Trade actualization: Update trade quantities, dates, prices and other key fields in the system based on shipping documents.
• Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate with counterparties and internal departments on price confirmations, payments and inventory management in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Receivables and payables: Review AR and AP for accurate, complete and timely settlement, and support Finance with cash management.
• Reporting: Prepare and review reports on journal-entry errors, outstanding or aged charges, and open positions with counterparties.
• Document management: Maintain organized physical and electronic records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Audit and compliance: Support audits and meet internal and external compliance requirements.
• Process control: Ensure documentation and communications comply with internal procedures and controls.
• Process and system improvement: Support improvements, assess operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Other duties: Perform other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
