Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced shipping professional to take full ownership of the operational cycle for dry bulk shipments, from vessel nomination to final settlement. You will manage end-to-end shipment execution, prepare shipping documents, monitor demurrage, coordinate with surveyors and terminals, track payment terms, liaise with traders and finance, and handle claims as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment execution: laycan/vessel nomination, chartering liaison, loading/discharge coordination for dry bulk cargoes.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, COA, COO, insurance certs).
• Monitor demurrage/despatch calculations and disputes.
• Coordinate with surveyors, agents, freight forwarders, and terminal operators.
• Track LC/payment terms and liaise with trade finance.
• Interface with traders, freight desk, and finance on P&L reconciliation.
• Handle claims (quality/quantity discrepancies) where they arise.
