Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a finance-focused professional to handle commercial contract drafting, letters of credit, and negotiations.

You will liaise with banks and internal finance teams to manage trade finance, Forex hedges, and post-shipment settlements. The role emphasizes data integrity for Finance and Risk reporting and maintaining a strong control environment while developing new efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Commercial contract drafting and terms negotiations.
• Letter of credit issuance, document presentations and negotiations.
• Liaise with banks and internal finance department to execute trade finance for physical shipments and Forex hedges and post shipment settlements.
• Ensure integrity of management information provided to Finance and Risk for reporting purpose.
• Support an outstanding control environment as well as develop and implement new initiatives
