Job summary

Sysma Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable RC Work Supervisor to lead reinforced concrete site operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with project teams and consultants.

You will supervise erectors and formwork crews, oversee rebar installation, concrete pouring, and curing, interpret structural drawings, and submit daily progress reports while upholding PTW protocols for quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of site supervisory experience in reinforced concrete and structural works in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret complex structural and shop drawings.
• Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) / CSSC certification.
• Willingness to work a standard 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for sub-foremen, rebar fixers, formwork carpenters, and concreters to ensure timely project progress
• Oversee rebar installation, formwork erection, concrete pouring, sampling, and structural curing to meet quality and safety standards
• Interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules to guide accurate construction activities
• Conduct pre-pour checks and liaise with RTO/RE consultants to secure official structural clearances before concrete works
• Submit daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material updates directly to the Project Manager for project tracking
• Maintain strict site safety by performing risk assessments and enforcing Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols
