Job summary

HS BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in daily construction site operations, focusing on safety, workflow, and timely delivery. You will supervise workers, coordinate activities, resolve on-site issues, and report progress to management.

The role requires experience in reinforced concrete and civil works, strong communication, and the ability to work a six-day week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in RC and civil construction works.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers to ensure safety protocols and work schedules.
• Coordinate daily site activities to maintain smooth workflow and timely project progress.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and manage work schedules to optimize manpower deployment and resource allocation.
• Monitor proper use of PPE to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards by overseeing work execution and site conditions.
• Act as a liaison between workers and supervisors to facilitate clear communication and coordination.
• Apply knowledge of RC and civil construction works to support site operations.
