Job summary

STAR ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, track progress, and enforce safety and quality standards to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will support the Project Manager with material and equipment procurement and coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain smooth, safe construction operations on site.

Qualifications

• Primary or Secondary educational qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure daily site activities are completed efficiently and according to plan.
• Monitor and track site schedules to maintain timely progress of construction works.
• Enforce compliance with safe work procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain good housekeeping on site to support safety and operational efficiency.
• Identify and address safety issues on site to prevent accidents and ensure quality of completed works.
• Assist the Project Manager in sourcing and acquiring materials and equipment needed for project execution.
