Job summary

Woopa Travels Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Tourism Management Intern to gain hands-on exposure to tour operations, logistics, and guest engagement in Singapore.

You will support the planning and execution of tours and collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to deliver high-quality experiences. The role emphasizes strong English and Mandarin communication, customer service excellence, and the ability to engage guests during tours and events.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Comfortable engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds and delivering excellent service.
• Confident public speaking and capable of facilitating activities or guiding groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-tour coordination, including procurement of goods and liaising with clients and vendors.
• Support the planning and execution of tours and events.
• Assist with tour logistics, scheduling, inventory and admin tasks.
• Engage with guests before, during and after tours to ensure a positive experience.
• Support post-tour activities, collecting feedback and monitoring content on platforms.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Assist on-ground operations as facilitator or coordinator for tours and events.
• Collaborate with sales and BD to ensure smooth delivery of tours.
• Coordinate with finance on procurement-related matters.
• Assist with tour development projects and site reconnaissance when needed.
• Represent the company professionally in client and partner interactions.
