Job summary

Hitachi Asia Ltd. is seeking a senior HR professional to drive compensation, benefits, and payroll for a large workforce in Singapore.

The role covers end-to-end salary reviews, bonus cycles, and remuneration benchmarking, while coordinating with Finance and HR leadership to ensure competitive offers and proper budgeting. You will oversee annual benefits renewals, payroll for about 700 employees, and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• HR background with strong analytical skills
• Experience in compensation and benefits planning
• Experience with payroll and budgeting processes

Responsibilities

• End-to-end salary reviews and bonus exercises
• Develop remuneration benchmarks and salary review data
• Lead and guide annual total rewards cycle (TRS)
• Oversee group insurance, benefits administration and leave policies
• Oversee payroll processing for ~700 staff and ensure accurate payroll reporting and statutory compliance
• Assist budgeting for personnel and provide budget simulations
