Job summary
Unison Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager (Test Automation) to lead Tosca automation as a shared capability for selected on-premise systems operating in secure environments.
You will own the Tosca strategy, roadmap, adoption priorities, and governance, while guiding a team of SQEs to uplift testing capabilities. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, criteria-based progress reporting, and collaboration with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automation within the software delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in software testing, QA, or product/platform management for enterprise systems.
- At least 3 years leading automation strategy and roadmap across stakeholders.
- Degree in CS/IT/Engineering; ISTQB/CSTE or equivalent; Tosca Architect cert.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Tosca product roadmap and adoption priorities.
- Identify systems and regression areas where Tosca adds value.
- Plan transition from manual testing to automation using Tosca as core tool.
- Coach a team of SQEs supporting Tosca adoption and quality uplift.
- Track Tosca adoption, license use, automation coverage, risks, and ROI.
- Establish Tosca standards, reusable assets, naming conventions and governance.
- Review artefacts to ensure reusability and alignment with objectives.
