Job summary

ERP21 Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Product Manager (Test Automation) to lead Tosca automation across on-premise systems in secure environments. You will drive the Tosca strategy, roadmap, and governance while coordinating with project teams, vendors, and system owners to ensure quality alignment.

This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore. You will guide adoption, manage a SQE team, and report on progress, benefits, risks, and issues to management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing, QA, automation, or product/platform management for enterprise systems.
• 3+ years leading automation strategy/roadmap across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on Tosca automation experience including designing reusable test cases and assets.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Tosca product roadmap and adoption priorities in line with quality objectives.
• Identify systems and regression areas where Tosca automation adds value.
• Plan the transition from manual testing to automation with Tosca as the primary tool.
• Coach SQEs and manage automation capability uplift across selected systems.
• Establish Tosca usage standards, reusable assets, governance checkpoints, and evidence records.
