Job summary

Unison Group seeks an experienced QA and automation leader to drive Tosca adoption across enterprise systems in Singapore. You will define the roadmap, select target systems, and plan the transition from manual testing to automation, placing Tosca at the center while evaluating other tools as needed.

You will coach a team of SQEs, monitor adoption progress, license usage, and automation coverage, and establish governance checkpoints with reusable assets to lift quality and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading automation strategy across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on Tosca test automation design and maintenance of assets.
• Experience coaching SQEs/testing teams toward automation adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define Tosca automation roadmap aligned with quality objectives.
• Identify suitable systems, test scenarios, and regression areas for automation.
• Plan transition from manual testing to automation with Tosca as core tool.
• Lead and coach a team of SQEs supporting Tosca adoption and quality uplift.
• Track Tosca adoption, licenses, automation coverage, benefits, and risks.
