Job summary

Unison Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to define and maintain the Tosca product roadmap, prioritise adoption, and shape the implementation approach aligned with ISG quality objectives.

You will work with stakeholders to identify suitable systems, test scenarios, and regression areas where Tosca automation delivers clear value, manage a transition from manual testing to automation, and lead a team of SQEs to uplift testing capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

Experience leading automation strategy and roadmaps for enterprise systems.
Hands-on Tosca automation design, with reusable test assets and maintenance.
Strong test management knowledge and agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the Tosca product roadmap, adoption priorities, and implementation approach in line with ISG quality objectives.
Work with stakeholders to identify suitable systems, test scenarios, and regression areas where Tosca automation can deliver clear value.
Plan and manage the transition roadmap from manual testing to automation.
Tosca as the key tool for priority systems and other tools considered only where they fit the tech stack or testing needs.
Manage and coach a team of SQEs supporting Tosca adoption, testing capability uplift, automation implementation, and quality improvement across selected systems.
Track and report Tosca adoption progress, licence utilisation, automation coverage, benefits, risks, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Establish Tosca usage standards, reusable automation assets, naming conventions, evidence capture practices, and governance checkpoints.
