Job summary

Capgemini Singapore seeks an experienced Product Manager, Test Automation to lead Tosca-based automation as a shared capability across secure enterprise environments. You will define automation strategy, roadmaps, and governance, while managing SQEs and aligning with business stakeholders to deliver measurable quality improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on Tosca expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable automation programs within regulated settings.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation, or product/platform management.
Proven experience leading an automation strategy or platform across multiple stakeholders.
Experience mentoring software quality engineering teams and driving adoption of automation.

Responsibilities

Define automation strategy, roadmap, and adoption across enterprise systems.
Governance standards, reusable assets, and evidence management for automation programs.
Lead, mentor and develop SQEs; drive capability building and continuous improvement.
Engage with stakeholders and management to report progress, risks, and value.
