Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to lead Tosca automation across on-premise systems in secure environments. You will own the Tosca strategy and roadmap, align adoption priorities, manage licences, governance, and measurable outcomes, and lead a team of SQEs.

You will work with project teams, vendors, and system owners to ensure controlled, sustainable Tosca adoption that meets quality and security requirements, while driving governance and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in software testing, QA, test automation, or product/platform management.
• At least 3 years leading an automation strategy or platform across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coaching SQEs and quality engineers.
• Strong hands-on Tosca test automation experience.
• Experience designing reusable test assets and evidence records.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Tosca product roadmap and adoption priorities.
• Lead SQEs and oversee automation implementation and testing capability uplift.
• Plan the transition from manual testing to automation with Tosca as the primary tool.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and system owners for secure adoption.
• Report adoption metrics, licence utilisation, risks, and recommendations to management.
