Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead Tosca test automation across on-premise systems in secure environments. You will own the Tosca strategy, roadmap, adoption priorities, governance, and measurable outcomes while leading a team of SQEs to uplift testing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing, QA, or product management in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading an automation strategy or platform across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on Tosca experience; capable of designing reusable test assets.
• Knowledge of Agile methods, test management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define Tosca roadmap and adoption priorities aligned with quality objectives.
• Identify systems and test scenarios where Tosca adds value.
• Oversee transition from manual to automated testing using Tosca.
• Lead SQEs and coach teams on automation capabilities.
• Track adoption, license usage, coverage, risks, and outcomes.
• Establish usage standards, assets, naming conventions, and governance.
• Ensure secure environment usage and compliance with security protocols.
• Communicate progress and results to management and stakeholders.
