A leading employment agency is seeking a skilled Titanium Process Engineer for a prestigious manufacturing corporation in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and implementing titanium powder manufacturing processes, enhancing yield, and troubleshooting equipment. Are you a skilled Titanium Process Engineer looking for a new opportunity to support and contribute toglobal projects? Our Employment Agency is currently working with a leading corporation based in China launching operations in Singapore for the South and East Asia market.

As a Titanium Process Engineer, your responsibilities include evaluating, developing, and implementingmanufacturing and processing routes for titanium powder. You will enhance the correlation betweenprocess parameters and powder characteristics by expanding your knowledge base for spherical titaniumalloy powders. Additionally, you will improve titanium powder yield by redesigning spheroidizationequipment and explore new alloy powder manufacturing technologies.In this role, you will transfer technology from pilot equipment to manufacturing, troubleshoot productionequipment, generate engineering reports, status reviews, and presentations. You will also analyze rootcauses, non-conformances, and complaints. Communication with vendors and participation inimprovement activities are essential, and you will monitor material performance, evaluate materialdeterioration, analyze failure data and laboratory test results, and create charge calculations according toproduct specifications.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or Engineering

Min of 3 years experience in process engineering, lean manufacturing or titanium alloymanufacturing experience

Knowledge of relevant ISO will be an added advantage
