Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is hiring a Special Process Engineer, Electron Beam Welding at Seletar Aerospace Park. The role focuses on developing and qualifying EBW processes for aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium alloys, reading drawings and specs, and ensuring traceability of welding parameters and process qualifications.

You will set up welding parameters, support procedures, and coordinate with audits and cross-functional teams to maintain weld quality and process capability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding/Heat Treatment Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in Electron Beam Welding or general welding, especially with aluminium and titanium alloys.
• Familiarity with welding metallurgy, weld defects, process parameters, and material properties is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T and technical specifications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand engineering drawings, welding specifications, and customer requirements.
• Develop, qualify, and improve Electron Beam Welding (EBW) processes for aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium alloys.
• Set up and maintain welding parameters, work instructions, process specifications, and qualification records.
• Support the development of welding procedures, including process trials, parameter adjustments, and validation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and traceability for welding parameters, process qualifications, and production records.
• Investigate welding defects and process issues and provide technical support for troubleshooting.
• Support EBW equipment setup, maintenance coordination, calibration, and regular system verification.
• Monitor and improve process capability, productivity, and weld quality through continuous improvement activities.
• Support customer and third-party audits, process qualification activities, and technical investigations when required.

Working Hours: 5-days (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + VB
