Marina Bay Sands is recruiting an Assistant Manager for the Event Ticketing Services Team to drive end-to-end event setup, pricing configuration and access control across venues. You will work with stakeholders from Finance, ArtScience Museum, Attractions, Front-of-House, Marketing and MICE to ensure accurate ticket builds and timely reporting.

The role requires a degree in business or events, 2–4 years in entertainment ticketing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Events Management, Hospitality, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in Entertainment, Attractions/Events ticketing.
Experience with ticketing systems and platforms.
Analytical, detail-oriented, with ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.
Willing to work extended hours during event days.

Responsabilités

Serve as primary contact for client services and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for ticket sales and events.
Own end-to-end setup of events in the ticketing system, including seat inventory and pricing.
Configure access control system to ensure secure and seamless entry across venues.
Generate regular reports and post-event analytics to support insights.
Oversee ticketing system enhancements and liaise with Legal, Finance and partners.
