Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Event Ticketing Services team to drive end-to-end ticketing setup, pricing configuration and stakeholder coordination for high-profile events.

You will manage seat inventory, generate reports, analyze sales, and support system enhancements with cross-functional partners, while guiding executives in the Manager's absence and working extended hours during events.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Events Management, Hospitality or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Entertainment/Attractions/Events ticketing.
• Experience with ticketing systems and platforms is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to engage across levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for client services and stakeholders, addressing ticket-related inquiries and providing solutions for ticket build requirements.
• Own end-to-end event setup within the ticketing system, including seat inventory management and pricing configuration.
• Generate regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and post-event reviews to support business insights.
• Oversee day-to-day ticketing system management, evaluate enhancement requests, and document procedures for training.
• Manage technical project aspects of ticketing system changes, including contracts, SOWs, and governance.
