Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an Assistant Manager, Entertainment to support the Entertainment team in a large scale integrated resort. You will drive promotional campaigns, coordinate artist bookings for Sands Live Concert Series and ensure high‑quality on-site event delivery in collaboration with Technical Production, F&B, Transportation and other departments.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a Degree in Events

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in event marketing, coordination or entertainment.
• Degree in Events Management, Arts & Entertainment, Marketing or related field.
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools or basic technical drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for shows and entertainment events with Marketing, Communications, Social Media teams.
• Coordinate and curate marketing content for social media channels, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Manage artist contracts, event logistics and on-site execution with cross‑department collaboration.
