Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event setup in the ticketing system, including seat inventory and pricing.
• Configure and optimize access control systems for venues.
• Support day-to-day ticketing system operations, improvements, SOPs and reporting.
• Oversee system enhancements with IT and ticketing provider, testing and implementation.
• Provide troubleshooting for ticketing system issues and perform tests.
• Carry out other duties as required.
