Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reservations and ticketing specialist to join our airline client at the Airport.

The role requires handling bookings, amendments, cancellations, and re-bookings, while delivering attentive service to passengers, travel agents, and corporate clients. You must have at least two years of relevant experience, strong air ticketing skills with Amadeus GDS, and the stamina to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reservations and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings, walk-in enquiries, reservations, ticketing, amendments, cancellations and re-bookings.
• Manage enquiries from passengers, travel agents and corporate clients.
• Maintain customer and frequent flyer records accurately.
• Assist with promotions, customer feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support smooth operations.
• Keep updated on airline requirements, market trends and industry developments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Salary: $2800 - $3100

Working hours: Shift Hours (5 Days a week)

Work Location: Airport
