Job summary

HONG THAI TRAVEL SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking an energetic travel coordinator in Singapore to manage corporate ticketing, fare quotations, and hotel bookings. You will handle visa applications and travel insurance, assist with group bookings via airline systems, and manage refunds with accuracy.

The role requires 1–2 years’ experience, solid PC skills, and Sabre knowledge. You will answer calls, support emergency services, and assist the operations team with sales kits and data entry.

Qualifications

• GCE N levels or O levels

Responsibilities

• Handle ticketing for corporate clients and issue quotations
• Make reservations, fare quotations, and hotel bookings for groups
• Assist with visa applications and travel insurance purchases
• Process refunds and handle group bookings via airline systems
• Answer calls and provide emergency support when needed
• Assist corporate operations and prepare sales kits
• Data entry, seat checks, and FIT itinerary preparation
• Support the operations team with ad hoc tasks

• Ticketing for Corporate Clients
• Making reservations/fare quotations/hotel booking
• Visa application, purchasing travel insurance
• Group Booking for Corporate Clients via airline system
• Refund process
• Answering telephone call
• Duty for emergency service
• Assisting for all Corporate operations
• Assist operations team with relevant task; preparation of sales kit, check system on available flight seats, data entry, prepare FIT itinerary
• Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time
