Marina Bay Sands is seeking a dedicated Ticketing System Coordinator to manage end-to-end event setup in the ticketing platform and oversee seat inventory, pricing configuration, and smooth sales operations. You will configure access controls across venues, assist with day-to-day system improvements, SOP creation, reporting, and liaise with IT and providers to implement enhancements.

Flexibility for extended event hours is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ticketing systems and platforms or APIs is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end setup of events in ticketing system, including seat inventory and pricing for current and future builds.
• Configure and optimize access control systems for secure, efficient entry across venues.
• Assist with day-to-day ticketing system: improvements, website updates, testing, reporting.
• Develop SOPs and training guides to support operational consistency and knowledge.
• Oversee end-to-end ticketing system enhancements: prioritize requests, improve automation, coordinate with IT and providers.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ticketing system issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
