Job summary

CAPITAL SPA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a front-desk/spa attendant to deliver high-quality service at every stage of the guest experience in Singapore. You may support reception duties and ensure cleanliness and inventory are maintained, while learning and growing in a hands-on spa environment.

The role requires flexible work 5–6 days per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Prior experience is not required; a willingness to learn and strong customer service are

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to respond to customer queries and expectations.
• Willing to learn even with no experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the spa.
• Assist in reception duties as and when required.

• Deliver spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services.

• Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
