Job summary

SPALAND SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated spa therapist to provide a range of treatments and ensure a welcoming spa experience for every guest in our Singapore location.

You will perform body massage, reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping, maintain hygiene and stock, and assist with reception duties as needed. No prior experience required; willingness to learn and professional, courteous service are essential.

• Provide high-quality service at every stage of the spa experience.
• Deliver a variety of spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services.
• Able to work 5 to 6 days per week including no rest days on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times
• Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required
• Passionate and diligence at work
• Willing to learn even with no experience
