Informatica S.E.A. Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Development team. You will generate opportunities, qualify leads, and work closely with Account Executives to expand our enterprise accounts in Thailand.

The role requires a proven Inside Sales background, Thai language proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced IT environment. We offer a structured path for learning and earning, with strong leadership and clear targets.

Competenze

• Thai language proficiency to converse with Thailand-based clients.
• Minimum 3 years inside sales experience in IT or related field.
• Proven track record selling to Thailand clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Mansioni

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline across Enterprise Accounts.
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Thailand.
• Research and build cold accounts (contact gathering, emails, cold calls).
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Salesforce and the On-Demand model.
