Job summary

CoStar Group in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive who speaks Thai to drive new business for Matterport’s 3D digital twin platform. You will manage full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, targeting APAC customers across industries and translating Thai-market needs into ROI-driven demonstrations.

This fast-paced role requires strong outbound discipline, proficient use of CRM tools, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable B2B sales experience in inside sales, SaaS, or high-velocity environments.
• Strong outbound activity, pipeline generation, and quota attainment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and demo skills.
• Experience with short sales cycles and multi-deal management.
• Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Run a full cycle inside sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Generate pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and sequences.
• Drive new customer acquisition via inbound and outbound efforts.
• Maintain a fast-paced pipeline and move opportunities efficiently.
• Conduct discovery calls, map needs to ROI, and deliver product demos.
• Follow sales frameworks and collaborate with Regions, Enablement, and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast data, updating next steps regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while preserving high activity.
