Job summary

CoStar Group’s Matterport business in Singapore is hiring an Inside Sales Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales and build measurable value for customers. You will prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals across industries such as Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Facilities Management, and Commercial Real Estate, while generating pipeline and hitting monthly and quarterly targets.

This on-site role at our McCallum Street office requires high energy, strong communication, teamwork

Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience in inside sales or SaaS.
• Proven success with outbound activity and quota attainment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience running short sales cycles and managing multiple deals.
• Coachable with a drive to improve and learn sales frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Some travel to deepen customer relationships and execute a high-touch sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle inside sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation, closing.
• Generate pipeline through outbound calls, emails and sequences.
• Drive new customer acquisition and balance inbound/outbound efforts.
• Manage a fast-paced pipeline and move deals efficiently.
• Conduct discovery to uncover pain points and ROI drivers.
• Deliver polished product demos mapping needs to Matterport’s capabilities.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
• Represent Matterport with professionalism and customer-first engagement.
