Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business and manage key customer accounts across Singapore.

You will identify client needs and propose freight forwarding, transport, and warehousing solutions to meet revenue targets. In this role you will manage leads, quotations, RFQs, negotiations, and contracts, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and regular forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Location: Jurong East; Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm; Salary: Up to S$9,000.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Achieve revenue and gross profit targets through effective sales and account management.
• Identify customer needs and propose freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing solutions.
• Manage sales leads, quotations, RFQs, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant market insights.
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, margin, and credit policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned
