Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales professional to develop new business and manage existing customer accounts within Singapore.

You will drive revenue and gross profit through effective sales and account management for freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing solutions. Based in Jurong East, you will handle quotations, RFQs, negotiations, and contract discussions while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and providing regular forecasts.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Business/Sales & Marketing or any related field.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience.
• Working Location: Jurong East.
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm).
• Salary: Up to SGD 9000.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customer accounts within the assigned territory
• Achieve revenue and gross profit targets through effective sales and account management
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing solutions
• Manage sales leads, quotations, RFQs, negotiations, and contract discussions
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and updates
• Build strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for business growth
• Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant market insights
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, margin, and credit policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
